Andrew Efimenco 85 of Cortland passed away October 26, 2009 in NYS Veterans Home in Oxford. Andy was born December 5, 1923 in Tully, the son of the late Onis and Cleopatria Radchenko Efimenko. Andy served his country with the US Navy during WWII, and had been employed at Smith Corona. His memberships included the VFW and the NRA. Andy is survived by sons Andrew (Susie_ Efimenco of Virginia, Marc (Kathy) Efimenko of Cortland, and his daughter Michelle (Mark) DeBillis of Cicero. His 4 grand children his brother John Efimemko of College Station, Texas. In addition to his parents Andy was predeceased by is wife Mildred, sister Mary Wosik and brother Nicholas Marberry Efimenco Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Thursday in Cortland Rural Cemetery.
