Luther Williams 79 of Cortland passed away July 14,2009 ,Luther was born July30, 1929 in Clay West, Virginia .he is survived by his children Sally ( Raymond) Wilcox of Vestal, Reba Williams , Carolyn Williams, and Gary Williams all of Cortland, his three brothers and a sister, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, neices, nephews and cousins.he was predeceased by his parents and his wife Leora. Graveside Servicew will be private and held at the convenience of the family. I will miss talking to you terribly. I'm so sorry you had to have such a mixed up life in your final days.
