Obituary of silla Butler

Drusilla Moss Butler 63, of Preble passed away February 14, 2010 in Cortland Regional Medical Center after a long illness. Dru was born July 24, 1946 in Cortland the daughter of the late Roland and Jane Mulks Moss. She had resided on Copeland Ave. Homer for 57 years. she graduated form Homer High School in 1964. Her family was her life and she loved them dearly Dru is survived by her husband of 44 years Donald Butler of Preble, her daughters Laurna (John) Henderson of Tully, Bonnie Butler, and Amy Butler, of Cortland, brother Douglas Moss, of Homer, grandchildren Elizabeth Liza Reif,Katherine Katie Reif, Jenna and Jack Henderson, Aaron and Erica Monty, a great grandchild Alynia Reif several nieces , nephews, and cousins In addition to her parents Dru was pre deceased by her brother Bruce L. Moss. Memorial Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Wright-Beard Funeral Home is assisting the family. The family will greet family and friends Wednesday at 6:00 pm at the Homer Community Building behind the Homer Fire Station. I enjoyed our visits when on occasion we ran into each other at various locations. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
