Obituary of Harriett Jones Seymour

Harriett Jones Seymour, 87, passed away on September 7, 2010 at Northwoods At Cortland. She was born February 1, 1923 in Borodino, NY to the late Ezra and Ellen Brown Hull. Harriett has been a long time resident of the Cortland area. She work in food services at SUNY Cortland, was involved in health care for the elderly, and also was a foster parent. She enjoyed listening to music but her real passion was dancing. Harriett loved to spend her free time with family and friends. In addition to her parents she is pre deceased by her first husband Fredrick Jones, brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband Lewis Seymour, her son Charles (Gloria) Hull, step sons Steven (Mary) Seymour, David (Jeanie) Smith, 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. A calling hour will be held from Friday 10 €“ 11 AM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland NY followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
