Jodi A. Harvey 58 of Cortland passed away February 10, 2011 in Cortland Regional Medical Center. Jodi was born January 1, 1953 the daughter of the late Frank Burch and Dixie Reed. Jodi was a 1971 graduate of Cortland High School and had been employed as a Commercial Travel Agent for Crown City Travel. Jodi enjoyed sitting out in the sun reading with her kittens by her side. She was loved by all that knew her. Jodi is survived by her husband of 23 years Greg Harvey of Cortland, her mother Dixie Ames of Sebring, Florida, sisters A. Terri (Don) Sanderson of Derby, CT, J. Robin Burch of West Dover, VT stepsister Nancy (Mike) Box of Glendale AZ. Stepbrothers Peter (Anna) Ames of. Mesa, AZ, Mark Ames of Ithaca. Mother in law Ida Harvey of Cortland, sister in law Darlene (Bob) Yalowich, of Cheektowaga, brother in law Scott (Elaine) Harvey of Cortland, niece Rachel Yalowich of Cheektowaga, nephew Thomas (Carol) Bickel of Naugatuck, CT and her feline companions Bennie and Charlie. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in Jodis name is asked to consider the Cortland County SPCA 879 McLean Road for the care of kittens and cats.
