Obituary of Donald N. Patterson

Donald Patterson, 75, of Marathon NY, passed away November 22, 2011 at home with family by his side. Donald served with the U.S. Army from 1953-1956 then with the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1964. He was most recently employed with OShea Auto Parts. In his spare time he enjoyed art and photography, but really enjoyed being with children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 44 yrs. Betty Patterson, his sons Donald (Debra) Patterson all of Marathon, Patrick Patterson of Cortland, his daughter Bivian Coty of Marathon, grandchildren Patrick and Zoe, sisters Carol Hunt and Kathleen Bierce both of Ithaca NY, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Thaddeus and Olga Patterson, step mom Arlene Fitzpatrick, son in law James Coty, siblings Sharon and Robert, and a missing nephew Mark Ramin. Services were private at the convenience of the family.
