Albert F. Paquin, 85, of Owego Hill Rd., Virgil , passed away November 17, 2012 at the Cortland RegionalMedical Center, Mr. Paquin was born June 24, 1927 in Cortland the son of the late Francis and Myrtle Decost Paquin. Mr. Paquin was a life long resident of the area , a US Army veteran of WW II and had retired from Smith Corona after 25 years. Mr. Paquin is survived by his wife Anna Genson Reynolds Paquin, his children; David R and John M. Paquin in Florida, Robert W. Reynolds Jr., Terry Ann Johnson, Douglas J. Reynolds, David A. Reynolds, Albert Paquin Jr., Michael Paquin and Heather Paquin Ross. Three brothers; Edward, John and Thomas Paquin all in Conneticut. Twenty seven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 12:00 noon at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland. Interment with military honors will follow in the Virgil Cemetery. Friends are invited to call 11:00-11:45 AM prior to the service on Friday. They have waited a while for him to arrive, but they all now rejoice in their all being together. Uncle "Stub" was my favorite family member. Although we didn't spend a lot of time together in adult years, I will miss him. I love him.
