Robert (Stub) Gailor Jr. €“ 69 €“ born September 28, 1943 in Cortland passed on Thursday June 27, 2013 at home with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Donnalee Gailor, Daughter Debbie Gailor (Harry Crum), John (Jodi)Gailor ; grandchildren, Matthew Coit, Timothy Coit, Robert Gailor III, Patrick Gailor; Brother Gerald (Jacquelyn) Gailor all of Cortland; a very special cousin David Dellow and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Arlene Dellow Gailor. Robert retired from the Cortland County 911 center, he also worked at Smith Corona, Cortland State University Library, and Cortland County Fire Control. Robert was a member of the Skyline Amateur Radio Club (N2SBH), honorary member of Emerald Hose Company Cortland Fire Department. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and friends reminiscing about family outings, camping and trips to Lancaster Pa. Among his interests were computers and he also had a lifelong passion for photography. Memorial Services will be held 6 pm Monday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave Cortland with the Reverend Archie Smith officiating. Friends are invited to call from 4 - 6 pm prior to the service.
