Obituary of Mary Scutt

Mary (Marks) Scutt Mary (Marks) Scutt, 73, of Cuyler, NY passed away on 12/1/18 after a brief illness. Mary was born in Auburn NY to James Curtis & Mary Underwood on 12/27/44. Mary worked as a CNA for most of her life at Home Care of Cortland County. Mary is survived by her husband, Gordon Scutt of Cuyler. She is also survived by her children, William (Shannon) Marks of West Virginia, Melony (Ron) Coville, Mary Jane (Steve) Van Cise, Thomas (Eddi) Marks and Ella (Rob) Rivers all of Cortland. Also are her step children, Jeffrey (Ashley) Scutt, Jason (Michelle) Scutt, Joshua (Bobbi Jo) Scutt and Charlotte Howard all of Cuyler. Mary is also survived by 2 sisters, Marjorie (William) Marks of Cortland and Opal (George) Harrington of Auburn. Mary also had many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Services will be held at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, NY, Thursday, 12/6/18 from 10 to 11 AM. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM. A celebration of life will follow at The Homer American Legion.
