Obituary of Randel R. Wooldridge

Randel R. Wooldridge, 59, of Virgil passed away after his battle with cancer on May 15, 2020. Randy was born in Cortland, New York to Phillip and Dorothy (Coleman) Wooldridge. Randy is survived by his loving wife, Tina (Marshall) Wooldridge of 26 years. Altogether, Randy and Tina raised seven children, Michael, Missy (Luke), Rick (Alexis), Ashley (Evangelos), Seth (Vicki), Shay (Everett), and Stephanie (Zack), 16 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter five siblings and many nieces and nephews. Randy was a welder by trade. He loved to watch the Giants, New York Rangers, and New York Mets. He also loved the outdoors, always hunting whitetail deer, fishing with his grandchildren and playing horseshoes with his friends. The things his family and friends will miss him for most will be his contagious laugh, his witty remarks, his blue eyes, and last but not least his ability to debate with anyone, anywhere, about anything.
