Oh no...I just now came upon this, and I am so saddened by this loss. Joy was a devoted mother, and an incredibly kind and giving young woman. My deepest condolences for her family, partner, and many friends. -Moose

Life is cruel and random... and often tragic. Joy, you were a tough-as-nails streetwise badass! And at the same time you were a sweet woman who was resourceful enough to accomplish almost anything... How could you not have been given enough time to fight? It's just so wrong. I can't imagine the pain those closest to you must be suffering. I'm sorry, but God needs to explain this one to me.

Joy was fun to go to school with. Her uplifting spirit was contagious! Her skill with art was mind blowing. She was a sweet and kind person. Sending my condolences to her loved ones.
