Obituary of Linda Sherman

Linda Lee Henry(Sherman),72 years old, of Cortland New York, passed away on April 8th 2022 in Sayre PA. Linda requested that she be cremated and put in with her beloved husband Arthur Sherman. She also requested no services. The family has honored her wishes and there will a celebration of life for further details look below. We hope to see you there. Linda was born in Cortland NY to Ina and Leo Henry on March 20th 1950.She went to high school at Cortland High.She worked as a factory worker for many,many years at Cortland line from which she happily retired.Linda had a passion for her family,her dear friends as well as bingo,playing cards,shuffleboard and camping. Linda is survived by her 3 sisters Diane Vanduser,Joanne Wilson,Barbara Koch..Linda's daughter Tina Marshall(Gary), her two sons Carl Sherman (Norma),Scott Sherman.Lindas grandchildren Stephanie Merrill(Vince), Gary Marshall,Tiffany Marshall(Nick),Courtney Marshall(CJ),Mckenzie,Micheal,Dallas,Scotty, Jasmine,Lauren,Danielle. Lindas also survived by her dear partner Donald Bishop and his children and granchildren.Scott Bishop(Dixie), Amber,Brandy,Jason.Chris Bishop, Danielle, Taylor.Tina Bennett (Ben), Michelle,kegean,Colton,Victoria. Linda also had a very special friend Vicki Case,, and MANY great grandchildren who loved her dearly. Linda is predeceased by her loving husband Arthur also her parents,sister Luetta,and brother Kenneth. Linda lived a beautiful fulfilling life. Anyone who knew her can just picture her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. She will be missed by so many.
