Steven Dowd, 63, of Groton, NY passed away on Thursday November 24, 2022. He was born on July 5, 1959, the son of the late William and Kathleen Chapman Dowd.
Steven was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved being with his family, working, and fishing. Steven was a craftsman, working as a mason and doing carpentry on the side. He lived many places and met a lot of people. Steven loved meeting new people and was well loved by many.
He will be dearly missed.
