ROBERT CRANDALL OBITUARY Robert C. “Little Bob” Crandall, Jr., 74, passed away peacefully at his home of Cortland, New York, Monday, March 13, 2023. He was survived by his wife, Barbara Crandall; his two children, Regina (Jeff Conway) DeGraw of Little York, NY; Shanatha (Shawn) Fazenbaker of Millport, NY; stepchildren, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Janice Crandall, his son, Robert C. “Tiger” Crandall, III, and sisters, Donna Reome and Susan Hulse. He retired from Chrysler Corporation after 30 years of service; played base guitar in several bands for over 30 years; was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider; and a Beetles fan. He was a most genuine, compassionate person, who never met a stranger. He was truly loved. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, New York with Pastor Steph Brown, officiating. The family will be present to receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Funeral services will start at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial delayed until Spring will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Homer, New York.
