Obituary of Ali-Mae Brown

Ali-Mae Darrow-Brown Ali-Mae (Tucci) was born in Cortland, NY on December 11, 1964. She was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy when she was 36 years old and passed away from complications of MD on August 2, 2023, at the age of 58. She graduated from Homer High School with the class of 1982. Ali-Mae proceeded to complete her Cosmetology license and start a family. She loved the country lifestyle and boogying-down in her cowboy boots and tight jeans. She loved to read books, sit around the table and gossip with a cup of coffee, and drive back roads. She later enjoyed watching tv shows of times when life was simple, was a holiday planner and could budget like a professional making sure her loved ones never went without. Ali-Mae loved pigs and collectables, music and being with her family. She is survived by her father, Joseph Tucci; brother, Michael Tucci; sister, Tirzah-Jo Tucci, and half-sister JoAnn McConnell. Her mother-in-law Bettie Brown; husband, Buck Brown; her sons, Brandon Tucci, Christopher (Ashlee) Darrow, and Dillon Brown; her daughter Emily Mae Brown, and her stepchildren Leslie (Shaun) Earing, Donald Brown III, and Donielle Brown. Most of all Ali-Mae loved being a grandmother to Elaina, Connor, Dawson, Ivy, Kendall, Maddy, Macey, and London. A small memorial service will be held at the Truxton Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her Mother, Marcia Monohan Tucci and sister, Tiffani Tucci Carroll.
