Alfred O. Marshall Jr. 71 of Cortland, NY passed away October 13th, 2023. In the comfort of his own home surrounded by his loved ones. Alfred was the son of the late Alfred Sr. and Elsie Marshall. He was predeceased by his sister Shirley Bennett and his best friend Roger Mules. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Mary (Redfield) Marshall, his son's Bud. (Desiree), Jody (Tabatha), Hans Marshall and Daughter Reva (Brandon) Morse. Also his 4 sisters Rose, Wendy, Flo, and Cathy and 2 brothers Chris and Casey. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren Hunter, Kaydence, Leo, Austin and Mercedes. Along with several nieces and nephews, one who he was especially close to Vincent "Spank" Marshall. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who emphasized the importance of family. He was an honest man who worked hard his whole life being an owner of a bike and body shop, building custom cars and motorcycles. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting whitetail bucks with his boys, and cruising in the hotrods with the family. He also never missed an opportunity to spoil his grandkids. There will be no calling hours or funeral service. However we will have a celebration of life to share the memories of Alfred. The family asks that you join them on November 4th, 2023 from 11-3 at the community building behind the Homer fire station at 45 S. Main Street Homer, NY.
