To the family of Loretta,
This lady was a gift to our community. I met her "officially" in St. Mary's church. I was crying (again) over the loss of my mom (the pews seemed to bring out the tears in me). Loretta was sitting behind me, came to my side and hugged me. She held onto me until I could get my sh*t together, and said, "I thought you could use a friend." A greater gesture I have never known.
May she rest in peace.
