Charlie was a kind and thoughtful person who was a friendly neighbor. We enjoyed talking to Charlie when we took our walks. Charlie loved our puppy, Emmett who always greeted him. Rowena and Charlie are very special and we feel blessed to have known Charlie. I know Rowena and family miss him, but have beautiful memories to comfort them. We are sorry for your loss.
